| | | RFM1-1 machine designed especially to make finished rollers from 3" and up to any length. In one cycle time the machine does four operations CARDING, FACE SHEARING, BEVELLING and CUTTING.
The cycle time on the machine is adjustable and it can go down to 4.5 seconds.
We build machine according to customer needs. Our custom made machine for 73.5" long roller tubes makes 5760 pcs of 9" and 17280 pcs of 3" rollers per hour.
The machine has all the necessary adjustments to make high quality paint rollers. It is easy to set and operate any length of paint roller.
ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS TO LOAD THE FEEDER WITH ROLLER TUBES AND THE MACHINE DOES THE REST.
